快中子及光子照射人成骨肉瘤OS-732细胞系的实验研究

Experimental Study on Human Osteosarcoma OS-732 Cell Line Irradiated Combined Fast Neutron with Photon

  • 摘要: 目的:观察快中子及光子对人成骨肉瘤细胞系OS-732的杀伤作用。方法:用快中子、光子及混合射线照射OS-732细胞系,检测各组细胞受照射后的活细胞率、死细胞率及集落形成率。结果:单次照射后24、48及72h单纯快中子及高比例快中子混合线组对该细胞系的杀伤力强。结论:快中子及高比例快中子混合线对OS-732细胞系有较强的杀伤作用,对临床上应用快中子治疗骨肉瘤有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective : To observe the in ju ry of OS-732 cell lin e caused by rad iation combined fast neutron with photon. Methods : We tested the cell su rvival rate ,cell death rate and colone forming rate of the OS-732 cell line after irrad iated by fast neutron,photon and the mixed beam (fast neutron plus photon) in different time. Results : The killing effect were obvious in fast neutron alone group and the mixed beam in high proportion fast neutron group after the single dose radiation in 24,48 and 72 hours. Conclusions : The killing effect was powerful to the OS-732 cell lin e in the fast neutron alone group and also the mixed beam in high proportion fast neutron group. These studies provide an experim ental research for the treatm ent of osteosarcoma.
