利用诊断超声增强肿瘤放化疗和免疫治疗疗效的研究进展

Research progress on diagnostic ultrasound enhancing efficacy of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy in tumor

  • 摘要: 恶性实体肿瘤常对放化疗和免疫治疗产生治疗抵抗,严重影响治疗疗效。利用低强度超声增强肿瘤放化疗和免疫治疗一直是超声医学领域的基础研究热点。采用诊断级的低强度超声增强肿瘤放化疗,具有精准影像引导、无创安全、临床转化快等特点。本文综述了诊断超声治疗的声孔效应机制,介绍了相关的超声肿瘤血流增强效应、超声增强肿瘤放化疗和免疫治疗的基础和临床研究,以及超声治疗安全性和超声诊断仪的治疗改进方法等。

     

    Abstract: Solid tumor tends to resist chemotherapy, radiation and immunotherapy, which seriously affects the therapeutic effect. The application of low-intensity ultrasound to enhance tumor radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy has always been a basic research hotspot in the field of ultrasound medicine. Yet the use of low-intensity diagnostic ultrasound to enhance tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy would benefit from precise image guide, noninvasive and quick clinical translation. This paper reviews the mechanism of sonoporation with diagnostic ultrasound, and introduces the enhancement of tumor perfusion by ultrasound, the basic and clinical research of ultrasound-enhanced tumor chemoradiotherapy, immunotherapy, safety of ultrasound therapy and also the equipment modification of diagnostic ultrasound system.
