Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of the three-dimensional conformation, three-dimensional visualization hepatic simulation has a more distinct advantage than that of two-dimensional imaging in precise hepatectomy. This technology not only presents a clear and accurate anatomical structure of the whole liver, intrahepatic pipeline distribution system, exact lo-cation of the tumor, and more, it can also be reproduced in three-dimensional visualization. All of these can allow more intuitive observation of lesion characteristics. In addition, the capacity analysis and hepatectomy simulation can be used in this 3D hepatic simulation. There is extremely important application value in complete resection of target lesions, minimizing liv -er tissue damage and bleeding, and maintaining the integrity of the remaining liver structure and function.
