46例小肠非上皮组织来源恶性肿瘤的诊治体会

Retrospective Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment for Small Intestinal Non-epithelium Malignant Tumors: An Analysis of 46 Cases

摘要: 目的：探讨小肠非上皮组织来源恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗。方法：回顾性分析哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院1995年1月～2005年1 月期间接受外科手术治疗的小肠非上皮组织来源恶性肿瘤。结果：46例患者均接受手术治疗，无围手术期死亡，5年生存率为41.3% 。结论：小肠非上皮组织来源恶性肿瘤发病率虽低，但在诊断、治疗中有一定规律可循。在明确食道、胃、结直肠无病变而有消化道症状时，不应忽视对小肠的检查。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the diagnosis and treatment for small intestinal non-epithelium tumor. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 46of patients with small intestinal non-epithelium tumors seen in our hospital between January 1995 and January 2005. Results: All of the46patients received surgery, and there was no preoperative death. The 5-year survival was 41.3% .Conclusion:The morbidity of small intestinal non-epithelium malignant tumor is low, but there is also some law pertaining to the treatment and diagnosis. Examinations must be given to patients with digestive tract syndrome, although no lesion is found in the esophagus, stomach or colon rectum, to avoid misdiagnosis of small intestinal non-epithe-lium tumors.
