Abstract:
To study the effective clinical ways to treat ovarian tumor with pregnancy, and to conduct research and analysis of the treatment effects. Methods: Up to 232 cases of patients diagnosed with ovarian tumor with pregnancy in our hospital from April 2008 to April 2011were selected. Their clinical data were reviewed, compared, and analyzed. Results: The incidence of pregnancy with ovarian tumor was 1.30%, and 12 cases were found during the pregnancy, 63 cases were found in early pregnancy, 32 cases in the middle of pregnancy, 125 cases found in late pregnancy, including 231 cases of benign tumors, 2 cases of border tumors, and 6 cases of malignant tumors. Most of the cases were mature teratomas and grout line sexual capsule adenomas. Complications occurred in 66 cases, most of which were ovarian tumor's turn . Up to 209 cases received surgical treatment; the tumors disappeared spontaneously in 13 cases, and 10 cases gave birth naturally. Conclusion: Most ovarian tumors with pregnancies are benign tumors; the operation time and the method depend mainly on the size, location, form, nature of the ovarian tumor, as well as the pregnancy period, and the requirements of the patient.
