胃癌干细胞鉴定和治疗的研究进展

Identification and Inhibition of Gastric Cancer Stem Cells

  • 摘要: 胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。近年来,随着对干细胞和肿瘤研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明,肿瘤来源于干细胞，肿瘤干细胞在胃癌发病机制中的作用日益受到重视。但是在对胃癌干细胞的筛选方面仍没有非常精准的方法，如何针对胃癌干细胞进行治疗仍是现在研究的热点。本文对胃癌干细胞的研究进展作一综述，将有助于加深对胃癌干细胞的认识，并为从根本上控制胃癌的发生和发展提供线索。

     

    Abstract: Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal malignant tumor. Recent advances in stem cell research have implicated these pluripotent cells in gastric tumorigenesis. There is still no precise method of identifying gastric cancer stem cells, greatly limiting the development of effective treatments. This review will evaluate our current knowledge of gastric cancer stem cells and discuss potentially effect methods to control gastric carcinogenesis and progression by targeting gastric stem cells.
