Expression and Prognostic Value of TTF-1 and CK in Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

  • 摘要:   目的  研究甲状腺转录因子-1(thyroid transcription factor-1, TTF-1)和广谱角蛋白(pan-cytokeratin, CK)在肺小细胞癌(small eelllung carcinoma, SCLC)中的表达, 初步探讨其作为SCLC预后判断分子标志物的可能性。  方法  收集天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院2006年1月至2008年12月间, 经手术切除、病理证实的SCLC 65例, 采集病例相关临床病理资料。免疫组化EnVision二步法分别检测TTF-1及CK在SCLC中的表达, 并对结果进行分析。  结果  TTF-1和CK在SCLC中阳性表达率分别为61.5%(40/65)和69.2%(45/65)。Kaplan-Meier分析显示, TTF-1表达阳性者预后优于表达阴性者(Log-rank, P=0.012)。CK不同表达两组间生存差异无统计学意义。多因素分析显示, TTF-1表达、淋巴结转移、pTNM分期为影响SCLC患者术后生存的预后因素。  结论  TTF-1与SCLC预后密切相关, 可能成为SCLC临床预后良好的标志物。CK在判断SCLC预后中的地位尚需进一步探讨。
