不典型外阴颗粒细胞瘤诊治及预后分析

Analysis of a Huge Atypical Granular Cell Tumor of the Vulva: Treatment and Prognosis

摘要: 外阴颗粒细胞瘤较少见, 而外阴不典型颗粒细胞瘤则更加罕见, 确诊主要依据病理诊断首选手术治疗, 术后可考虑辅助放疗, 化疗的效果较差。外阴不典型颗粒细胞瘤预后较好。现介绍1例中国医学科学院肿瘤医院妇瘤科收治的外阴不典型颗粒细胞瘤病例, 本例肿瘤在目前已报道的病例中体积较大, 而患者较年轻, 考虑到手术创面大, 首次手术同时进行了外阴的皮瓣移植整形, 治疗10个月后患者双侧腹股沟淋巴结复发, 再次接受了双侧腹股沟淋巴结切除术, 手术后随诊12个月未见异常。

Abstract: Vulvar granular cell tumor is unusual, and the atypical granular cell tumor is extremely rare. Surgery is the best option tbr this kind of tumor, and radiotherapy can be an option for adjuvant treatment after surgery. In this study, data from I patient with atypical vulvar granular cell tumor was presented. The patient developed lymph node metastasis in both inguinal regions ten months after the first surgery. The postoperative follow-up has been uneventful for 12 months.
