  • 摘要: 结直肠癌是一种常见恶性肿瘤, 近年来, 微卫星不稳定性与结直肠癌的关系成为判断结直肠癌预后和预测化疗疗效方面研究的一个热点。微卫星不稳定性在判断结直肠癌的预后及指导结直肠癌的化疗方面有着重要作用。本文从微卫星不稳定性的概念, 与结直肠癌预后相关性, 与各期结直肠癌氟尿嘧啶类药物疗效间相关性等方面对微卫星不稳定性在结直肠癌中的相关进展进行综述, 旨在为临床上应用微卫星不稳定性指导结直肠癌治疗方面提供相关依据。 < /span >
