肝细胞性肝癌血清中MIFIL-17IL-10的检测及其临床意义

Assessment and clinical importance of serum MIF, IL-17, and IL-10 in hepatocellular carcinoma

      目的   检测肝细胞性肝癌(hepatoceIIuIar carcinoma, HCC) 患者外周血中MIF、IL-17、IL-10的含量, 并探讨其临床意义。
      方法  选择48例HCC和36例肝硬化(LC) 为实验组, 24例健康体检者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA) 法测定实验组和对照组血清中MIF、IL-17及IL-10的含量。
      结果  HCC组和LC组MIF和IL-17的含量均高于正常对照组, IL-10均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P均 < 0.05);HCC组和LC组MIF、IL-17和IL-10含量差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。
      结论  MIF、IL-17及IL-10的紊乱可能与HCC及LC密切相关, 具有重要的临床意义。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   The present study aimed to assess serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), interleukin (IL) -17, and IL-10 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and discuss their clinical importance.
      Methods  We chose 48 cases of HCC and 36 cases of liver cirrhosis (LC) as the experimental groups.We also selected 24 normal subjects (NS) as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to determine the concentrations of MIF, IL-17, and IL-10 in the peripheral serum of the three groups.
      Results  MIF and IL-17 concentrations in HCC and LC groups were higher.By contrast, IL-10 concentration was lower in the experimental groups than in the control group.A significant difference was observed between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05).MIF and IL-17 concentrations in the HCC group were not significantly different from those in the LC group (P > 0.05).
      Conclusion  MIF, IL-17, and IL-10 concentrations were correlated with HCC and LC, indicating their clinical importance.
