  • 摘要: 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,多方面因素导致面临生育问题的年轻患者明显增多,而临床工作中多数忽略了她们的生育要求。年轻乳腺癌患者在治疗过程中会出现生育能力下降甚至丧失,选择生育的患者也怀有各种疑虑。本文就乳腺癌治疗对生育能力的影响、保护生育能力的策略、生育与预后的关系、生育时机等多方面加以综述,为年轻乳腺癌患者的生育抉择提供指导。
