芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛的药理特点及其临床应用

Pharmacological characteristics and clinical application of transtransdermal fentanyl in cancer pain management

  • 摘要: 癌痛严重影响患者的生存质量，有时影响正常的肿瘤治疗，因而选择合适的药物控制癌痛至关重要。芬太尼透皮贴剂是一种强阿片类药物，临床上广泛应用于中重度癌痛的治疗，尤其适合一些特别的人群，本文对芬太尼透皮贴剂在癌痛治疗中的药理特点及临床应用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Cancer pain seriously affects the quality of life of patients and could disturb normal cancer treatment. Therefore, appropriatedrugs should be chosen to control the pain. Transdermal fentanyl is a type of potent opioid that is widely used in controlling moderate and severe cancer pains. This paper reviews the pharmacological characteristics of transdermal fentanyl and its clinical application in cancer pain management.
