  • 摘要:   目的   探讨天花粉蛋白(Trichosanthin, TCS)对肺癌A549细胞株抑制增殖作用及诱导凋亡效应。   方法   用不同剂量的TCS处理肺癌A549细胞,采用MTT法检测TCS对细胞增殖的抑制作用,透射电镜观察细胞骨架微管的变化,流式细胞术检测细胞周期和细胞凋亡率。   结果   TCS使肺癌A549细胞呈凋亡型改变,细胞活性下降,且随着浓度的升高、时间的延长抑制率相应升高。   结论   药理剂量的TCS可抑制肺癌A549细胞的增殖和分化,并通过细胞骨架的变化影响A549细胞的功能。
