HGK在肿瘤中的研究进展

Progress of HGK research on tumors

  • 摘要: HGK属于生发中心激酶(GCK)Ⅳ中的一员,参与细胞运动、细胞骨架重排和细胞增殖,与肿瘤的发生密切相关。HGK在卵巢癌、肝癌、肺癌、胰腺癌及前列腺癌等多种肿瘤中高表达,有可能成为肿瘤治疗的新作用靶点或预防某些肿瘤的发生。本文就HGK在肿瘤中的研究进展及可能的作用机制进行综述。

     

    Abstract: HGK is a germinal center kinase (GCK)-Ⅳ and is involved in controlling cellular processes, such as cell motility, cytoskeleton rearrangement, and cell proliferation. HGK is involved in a very complex network of signaling pathways and interactions involved in diseases, such as diabetes or cancer. HGK was determined to be highly overexpressed in different types of cancers, such as ovarian cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer. Recent findings have shown that HGK is a novel target that may provide insight into new therapies to prevent or even treat many metabolic diseases, such as diabetes or even colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, or hepatic cancer.
