Casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate nanocomplexes as a preventive agent for radiation caries and dental sensitivity in irradiated head and neck cancer patients

  • 摘要:   目的  比较酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定形磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)的再矿化糊剂和Duraphat Varnish保护漆预防头颈部肿瘤患者放射性龋齿和牙本质敏感的疗效。  方法  112例头颈部肿瘤患者,随机分为CPP-ACP再矿化糊剂组(实验组)和Duraphat Varnish保护漆组(对照组)。实验组:含900 ppm的CPP-ACP再矿化糊剂于放疗前1天起涂抹牙面,1次/天,疗程为5周;对照组:含5%氟化钠的Duraphat Varnish保护漆于放疗前1天起涂抹牙面,1次/天,疗程为5周。分别观察两组患者放疗前、放疗后12个月的龋失补牙数(DMFT)、龋失补牙面数(DMFS)和牙本质敏感程度并进行比较。  结果  两组放疗前,DMFT、DMFS和牙本质敏感程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与放疗前比较,放疗后12个月两组DMFT、DMFS和牙本质敏感程度均明显升高,且对照组的DMFT、DMFS和牙本质敏感程度较实验组升高更明显(P < 0.05)。  结论  CPP-ACP在预防头颈部肿瘤患者放射性龋齿和牙本质敏感方面有较好疗效,值得临床应用。
