Nrf-2/ARE信号通路受肿瘤相关信号调控机制的研究进展

Research progress on Nrf-2/ARE signaling pathway regulated by tumor-related signals

  • 摘要: Nrf- 2/ARE 信号通路除受自身信号的影响外同时也受多种肿瘤相关信号的影响,本文就多种肿瘤相关信号对Nrf- 2/ARE 信号通路的影响及可能机制做一综述。以加深对Nrf- 2/ARE 信号通路的认识,为进一步研究打下理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The Nrf- 2/ARE signaling pathway is not only affected by itself but also influenced by multiple tumor-related signals. To expand our understanding about the Nrf- 2/ARE signaling pathway and lay a theoretical foundation for further research, we reviewed the effects of multiple tumor-related signals on the Nrf-2/ARE signaling pathway and studied the possible underlying mechanisms.
