Sprouty 在肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress on Sprouty protein in tumor

  • 摘要: Sprouty 蛋白是受体酪氨酸激酶(receptor tyrosine kinase ,RTK )等信号通路的抑制因子。Sprouty 蛋白家族在多种肿瘤组织中表达降低,导致RTK 等信号通路失去正常的抑制,造成肿瘤细胞异常增殖,从而促进肿瘤的发生及发展,因而Sprouty 成为当前肿瘤靶向治疗的研究热点。本文就Sprouty 与肿瘤发生、发展关系及其在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: The Sprouty protein can inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by specific interventions in the signaling pathways of tumor cells, such as receptor tyrosine kinase signaling pathway. The Sprouty protein, which is often associated with abnormal cell proliferation and transformation, is down-regulated in many tumors, stimulating the initiation and progression of tumors. The Sprouty protein exhibits potential for developing effective treatment against cancer. This paper reviews research progress on Sprouty protein in tumor.
