Minimally invasive technique for potential application in colorectal cancer surgery

摘要: 随着微创时代的到来，越来越多的结直肠肿瘤手术可通过微创技术完成。近年来结直肠肿瘤外科的微创新技术，如腹腔镜技术、3D 腹腔镜、达芬奇机器人等不断涌现，经自然腔道内镜手术（natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery，NOTES ）理念的兴起，为改善患者的生存质量提供了机遇。本文探讨结直肠肿瘤微创外科技术的现状、特点、争议与共识。

Abstract: New technologies and ideas are constantly emerging recently. With the arrival of the era of minimally invasive surgery, most of the colorectal cancer surgeries can be conducted through minimally invasive techniques. In this study, we discuss the status, characteristics, controversy, and consensus of minimally invasive techniques in colorectal cancer surgery.
