Research progress on long noncoding RNA in urothelial bladder carcinoma

  • 摘要: 长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一组长度>200bp,缺少特异性开放阅读框,几乎不具备蛋白编码功能的内源性RNA分子。lncRNA可在转录、转录后及表观遗传学水平等方面调控基因表达,从而影响多种生物学进程。膀胱尿路上皮癌中多种lncRNA发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,并与膀胱癌的诊断、治疗、预后及肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭密切相关。本文就膀胱癌中lncRNA的研究进展进行综述,并探讨lncRNA与膀胱癌的发生、发展之间的关系,为寻找膀胱癌分子标志物、药物靶点提供新的方向。
