宫颈癌放射治疗进展

Progress on radiotherapy for cervix cancer

  • 摘要: 宫颈癌是常见妇科肿瘤之一,同步放化疗是局部晚期宫颈癌的推荐治疗方法,已取得良好的临床效果。近年来新的技术理念层出不穷,调强放疗的广泛使用、对放疗中器官移动的深入研究、图像引导的三维内照射的运用、以正电子发射计算机断层显像为代表的影像学指标对预后的预测等使放疗更加准确,明显降低了正常组织的剂量和严重不良反应发生率,对预后判断也更具指导意义。本文就以上进展进行综述以期指导临床。

     

    Abstract: Cancer of the uterine cervix is a common gynecologic malignancy worldwide. Given its great efficacy, chemoradiotherapy is recommended as a primary or an adjuvant treatment for patients with advanced cervical cancer. Recently, new techniques and concepts have emerged, such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy, organ motion in treatment, image-guided 3D brachytherapy, and recurrence and survival prediction by positron-emission tomography/computed tomography. These techniques increase the accuracy of the treatment, significantly reduce the normal organ dose and the incidence of severe complications, and improve judgment for prognosis. This review basically summarizes the progress of radiotherapy to guide the clinical work on the treatment of cervical cancer.
