化疗后肿瘤微环境的变化与肿瘤转移的研究进展

Research progress on chemotherapy-induced tumor microenvironment changes and tumor metastasis

  • 摘要: 化疗旨在消灭肿瘤细胞,提高患者生存率,目前仍是恶性肿瘤治疗的主要手段之一,然而化疗后的复发转移是造成恶性肿瘤患者极高致死率的原因之一。现代研究认为,化疗药物作用于肿瘤细胞的同时,能引起一系列“宿主反应”,肿瘤微环境中相关组分产生变化,从而促进肿瘤的复发转移。本文就这些发生变化的主要组分进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Chemotherapy, which aims to kill tumor cells and improve the survival rate of patients, remains one of the main methods for treatment of malignant tumors. However, the regrowth and metastasis of tumor cells following chemotherapy is one of the reasons for high mortality rates in cancer patients. Modern research suggests that once chemotherapy drugs act on tumor cells, they also cause a series of host responses that may trigger many changes on related components in the tumor microenvironment, which can promote tumor recurrence and metastasis. This review focuses on research progress on the above changes.
