摘要: 浮舰蛋白-1(flotillin-1,FLOT-1)属于脂筏标记蛋白,参与多种细胞生理活动,与许多肿瘤发生发展密切相关。FLOT-1在乳腺癌、食管鳞状癌、肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)、移行细胞癌(transitional cell carcinoma,TCC)、非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall cell lung cancer,NSCLC)、肝细胞癌等肿瘤中均高表达,并与临床分期、转移、浸润和预后相关。本文综述了FLOT-1的结构和功能,及其在多种人类实体肿瘤中的作用。Abstract: Flotillin-1 (FLOT-1) is one of the protein markers of lipid rafts. It is involved in a variety of cell physiological activities and is also closely related to the development of many tumors. Recent research reports indicate that FLOT-1 is highly expressed in breast cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma, and it is associated with clinical grade, transfer, infiltration, and prognosis. This study briefly summarizes the structure and function of FLOT-1 and its role in a wide variety of human solid tumors.
