  • 摘要: 昼夜节律参与调节生物体的生命活动,使生物的生理活动呈周期性、有序性和协同性。Bmall1基因为昼夜节律体系的核心元件之一,在肿瘤组织和正常组织中存在不同程度的表达。Bmal1基因在不同的肿瘤中作用各异。因此,分析Bmal1在不同肿瘤发生过程中的作用能为临床早期发现和有效治疗肿瘤提供新的理论依据。近年来,随着时间医学的深入研究,依照人体生物节律与药代动力学相结合的时辰化疗已成为治疗肿瘤的重要方法。不同时间放疗会导致不同的放射敏感性,使得时辰放疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位日益突出。深入研究生物的昼夜节律性,能为肿瘤的治疗开启全新的视角。
