免疫衰老与肿瘤发病机制

The crosstalk between immunosenescence and tumor pathogenesis

  • 摘要: 免疫衰老是机体免疫系统从器官、细胞、免疫因子和调控网路等方面的结构与功能衰退。免疫衰老所导致的机体免疫监视能力与清除力均下降为肿瘤发生的关键。本文从免疫衰老的角度分析,整体阐述免疫衰老对免疫系统各部分的影响及肿瘤发病的关系,旨在为干预免疫衰老防治肿瘤提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Immunosenescence is the decline in the structure and function of the body's immune system that involves organs, cells, immune factors, and regulatory networks. Decreased immunity and immune clearance, caused by immunosenescence, are key contributors to tumorigenesis. This article begins by introducing the concept of immunosenescence and provides a comprehensive description of the relationship between immunosenescence and tumorigenesis. We also discuss the influence of the various components of the immune system on tumor incidence. Finally, the article provides ideas for immunosenescence intervention aimed at the prevention and treatment of cancer.
