摘要: 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是围手术期治疗基于循证医学的模式转变,目标是缩短患者的术后康复时间,降低术后并发症,同时节约医疗成本。临床实践证明,ERAS方案是有益且可行,其效果在结直肠手术中尤为显著。本研究对ERAS的发展、核心内容及其在不同腹部肿瘤外科和特定患者群中的应用情况进行综述。Abstract: Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) represents a transformation to the evidence-based medicine paradigm in perioperative treatment. ERAS aims to reduce recovery time, postoperative complications, and healthcare costs. Here, we review the development and principal components of ERAS along with its application in abdominal tumor surgery. The benefits and feasibility of the ERAS protocol have been demonstrated in clinical practice, particularly in relation to colorectal surgery.
