Abstract:
Tumor-associated macrophages are important in the tumor microenvironment. Their polarized subtype affect tumor progression. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) do not encode proteins. However, aberrantly expressed lncRNAs influence biological and pathological progression, particularly in regulating tumor development. Some factors directly or indirectly affect the polarized subtype of macrophages to regulate tumor progression. However, the mechanism by which lncRNAs regulate tumor-associated macrophages is unclear. This article will review that tumor associated-macrophage and long non-coding RNA regulate the progression of tumor.
