铁死亡在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress on ferroptosis in digestive system tumor

  • 摘要: 铁死亡是一种新近发现的程序性细胞死亡形式,其过程主要表现为铁依赖的膜结构脂质过氧化损伤,进而导致细胞的完整性破坏并崩解死亡。铁死亡参与了包括肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤、急性肾损伤和神经系统疾病等在内的多种疾病过程。铁死亡在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用,尤其对消化系统肿瘤存在较大的潜在临床转化研究意义。本文对铁死亡的发生机制以及其在消化系统肿瘤中的相关进展进行系统综述。

     

    Abstract: Ferroptosis is a newly discovered form of programmed cell death that is characterized by lipid peroxidation damage to the iron-dependent membrane structure, which leads to the destruction of cell integrity and subsequently cell death. Ferroptosis is involved in many diseases, including cancer, ischemia-reperfusion injury, acute kidney injury, and nervous system. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in the development and progression of tumors. In particular, it has potential significance in the research on the clinical transformation of digestive system tumors. This paper reviews the mechanism of ferroptosis in digestive system tumors and the progress in research on this topic.
