Advances in the Diagnosis, Prevention and Therapy of Peritoneal Metastasis from Gastric Cancer

摘要: 胃癌腹膜转移是影响患者预后的重要因素,其术前早期诊断及防治均比较困难。现就胃癌腹膜转移的诊断及防治的研究现状和进展作一综述。

Abstract: Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers in alimentary tract, with a high mortality due to post-operative recurrence and metastasis. Peritoneum is the most frequently involved site of metastasis from gastric cancer. We reviewed the current status and important advances in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of peritoneal metastasis from gastric cancer.
