The Effect of As2O3 on Cryoablation in a VX2 Tumor Model

  • 摘要: 目的: 观察亚砷酸(As2O3)对兔VX2肝癌冷冻效果的影响以及冷冻前后CT灌注表现的变化。 方法: 30只成功种植VX2肝肿瘤的新西兰大白兔,随机分为两组,实验组予As2O3,对照组予生理盐水,采用CT灌注扫描方法计算肿瘤组织的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV),观察As2O3对肿瘤血供及冷冻范围的影响。 结果: 1)实验组与对照组冷冻平均最大直径分别1.6±0.4cm、0.9±0.3cm(t=5.4,P<0.05);2)冷冻术前实验组与对照组HF、BV分别为26.60±6.41(ml/100g·min)/63.75±8.29(ml/100g·min)、8.42±3.56(ml/100g)/14.68±3.42(ml/100g),差异有统计学意义(t值分别为13.71、4.73,P<0.05)。 结论: As2O3可明显降低肿瘤血供,增大冷冻范围,CT灌注扫描可定量评价肿瘤血流灌注量。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of As2O3 on cryoablation in a VX2 tumor model and the corresponding changes of CT perfusion. Methods: A total of 30 New Zealand white rabbits were successfully implanted with VX2 tumor in liver and randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group was injected with As2O3, the control group was injected with salt water. CT perfusion was performed to calculate blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), and to observe the effect of As2O3 on tumor blood flow and cryoablation. Results: 1) The mean largest diameter of cryoablation was 1.6± 0.4cm in the experi-mental group and 0.9± 0.3cm in the control group (t=5.4, P<0.05); 2) Before cryoablation, the values of BF and BV were 26.60± 6.41ml/100g·min and 8.42± 3.56ml/100g in the experimental group, and 63.75± 8.29 ml/100g·min and 14.68± 3.42ml/100g in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: As2O3 can obviously reduce the tumor blood flow and in-crease the diameter of cryoablation. CT perfusion imaging is capable of quantitative assessment of the changes in blood pa-rameters.
