Abstract:
Objective: : To investigate the prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal tumors.
Methods : A total of 27,567 fetuses underwent prenatal ultrasonography and then compared with the diagnosis of pathologic after induces labor or postpartum.
Results : There were 57 cases of fetal tumors, including 21 cases of fetal facial tumors and tumors of neck, 7 cases of fetal chest tumors, 4 cases of abdominal tumors, 7 cases of sacrococcygeal teratoma, and 18 cases of fetal accessory tumors. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathology after labor induction or postpartum.
Conclusion : The prenatal ultrasonographic technology has already become an effective diagnostic tool to inspect fetal tumors early and is of important clinical value.
