Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the female, which severely threatens their health and lives.Although significant improvements in surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have been achieved, mostpatients with breast cancer inevitably suffer recurrence and metastasis. The imbalance between cellproliferation and apoptosis, as one of the oncogenesis mechanisms, has proved to be associated withmetastasis and drug resistance. Anti-apoptosis genes play an important role in breaking this balance, so theybecome a potential target for cancer therapy. The elucidation of the interaction mechanism among all kinds ofapoptosis associated genes or proteins and the relationship between these genes or proteins and breastcancer oncogenesis, development, differentiation, metastasis and prognosis will provide theoretical basis forfurther treatment and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
