Expression of Fas Ligand in Colon Adenoma, Colorectal Cancer and Liver Metastases

  • 摘要: 目的:检测FasL在大肠腺瘤、大肠癌及其肝转移中的表达,并分析FasL表达与临床病理特征间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测83例大肠癌,20例大肠腺瘤,15例大肠癌肝转移中FasL的表达,表达结果与大肠癌病理特征、浸润深度和临床分期进行分析。结果:FasL表达在大肠癌中出现上调,与Dukes'分期,淋巴结和肝转移有关。大肠癌肝转移中全部表达FasL。结论:FasL表达的上调提示其在大肠癌发生,发展和转移中起重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective : To investigate the expression of Fas ligand in colon adenoma, col-orectal cancer and liver metasetase, and determine the relationship between FasL expression and tumor biological behaviors. Methods : FasL expression was detected by using immunohistochemical method.The staining characteristics were compared with degree of differentiation, serosal invasion and Duke's stage. Results : FasL expression upregulate in colorectal cancer, significant linear re-lationship was found between FasL expression and Duke's stage, lymph node and liver metastases. All liver metastases express FasL. Conclusion : FasL expression upregulate in colorectal cancer, indicate the importance of FasL in the pathogenesis and progression of tumor cells.
