Abstract: Objective : To study the Pathological feature of heart dissemination of lymphoma and understand the influence on heart by dissemination of lymphoma. Methods : 42 patients died of lymphoma were be autopsy, the pathological change of the heart were observed in gross and microscope. Results : 19.04% (8/42) cases have heart dissemination, including pericardium and heart wall, the dissemination feature have node type, diffuse type and mixture type,also it can for-mation tumor myocarditis. Conclusion : The Pathological feature of heart dissemination of lym-phoma have variety, every type can production different influence in heart function.
