Abstract: Objective : In order to study the relation between concreascence and ccurses oftreatment using adjuvant chemotherapy in Stage-Ⅲ epithelial ovarian cancer. Meth-ods : One hun-dred cases of Stage-Ⅲepithelial ovarian cancer were analyzed in Tianjin Cancer Hospital from1982 to 1997. Results : There were no differences (P>0.05) found in 2-,5 -year survival ratesand 2-year recurrence rate between the group A treated by adjuvant chemotherapy (≤ 6 ccursesof treatment) and group B(>6 ccurses of treatment), and can not prolong period of recurrencewith the increase of times and the extend of period of treat-ment (P>0.05). Conclusion : It stillneeds six ccurses of treatment to complete the operation of Stage-Ⅲ epithelial ovarian cancer.
