低氧条件下照射小鼠胸腔后肺组织的病理改变

  • 摘要: 目的:观察低氧条件下照射小鼠胸腔后肺组织的病理改变。方法:144只小鼠随机分为低氧组及常氧组。低氧组在照射前2min吸入10.5%的低氧混合气体。小鼠呈仰卧位,用8MV-X线照射整个胸腔,照射野均为2cm×3cm,照射剂量分别为3、6、9、12、15和18Gy,每个剂量点均在照射后第1、7、28d分别取4只小鼠断颈处死后开胸取材。将右肺中叶取出后立即用10%福尔马林固定,常规切片HE染色后在光镜下观察。结果:低氧组在照射后第1、7、28d肺组织的病理改变均轻于常氧组。结论:低氧对小鼠肺组织有一定的放射防护作用,对临床上低氧放疗胸部肿瘤有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective : To observe the pathological changes of radiation-induced mouse lungunder hypoxia. Meth-ods : One hundred and forty-four mature mice were divided into two groups: control and hypoxia radiation in which the mice inhaled 10.5% oxygen gas mixture two minutesbefore irradiation to the end of radiation. Each mice lying on back, 2cmx3cm radiation field overthe whole thorax was radiated with 8MV X-ray. The radiation dose were 3,6, 9,12,15 and 18Gy,respectively. The mice were sacrificed on the first ,seventh and twenty-eighth day after the radia-tion. The mouse lung in each group were studied by light-microscopy. Results : The pathological changes of mouse lung in the hypoxic group were milder than that in the control group. Con-clusion : The 10.5% oxygen hypoxia mixture can reduce the radiation damage in mouse lung.
