乳腺癌HIFU后腋窝淋巴结內淋巴细胞杀伤活性的变化

Cytotoxic Chanses of Lymphocytes in Axillarv Lvmph Node in Patients with Breast Cancer Treated by High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗乳腺癌原发灶后同侧腋窝淋巴结中淋巴细胞的Fas配体(FasL)、颗粒酶B(GzB)、穿孔素(Pf)等细胞毒性分子表达的变化。方法:用SP免疫组化方法检测HIFU组23例和对照组25例患者腋窝淋巴结中淋巴细胞的FasL、GzB和Pf的表达。结果:HIFU组腋窝癌转移阴性和阳性淋巴结内Fasl、GzB、Pf阳性细胞数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HIFU治疗乳腺癌原发灶后肿瘤引流淋巴结(TDLN)内具有杀伤活性的淋巴细胞增多,细胞免疫增强。

     

    Abstract: Objective : To investigate the changes of lymphocytes respectively expressing FasL,GzB and Pf in axillary lymph node of breast cancer after in situ treatment with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods : Expression of FasL, GzB and Pf of lymphocytes in axillary lymph node were detected by SP immunohistochemical stain. Results : In HIFU group, the number of positive lympho-cytes of FasL, GzB and Pf in mestastasis-positive and negative axillary lymph node was obviously higher than these of control group respectively (P<0.01). Conclusions : The positive lymphocytes of FasL,GzB and Pf in TDLN (whether it had metastasis or not) was significantly increased after HIFU treatment for primary breast cancer., which could cause the enhancement of local antitumor cytotoxicity and pr-vent tumor from metastasis.
