胃癌细胞增殖活性与病期及预后关系的研究

The Study on Relations among the Cellular Proliferative Activity, the Stages and Prognosis Gastric Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 :探讨双参数流式细胞术(Flow Cytometry,FCM)检测胃癌细胞溴化脱氧脲嘧啶核苷标记指教(BrdUrd LI),G2/M期细胞比例(G2/MPF)及DNA含量的价值,研究其与胃癌病期及预后的关系。 方法 :60侧胃癌新鲜标本经细胞培养掺入BrdUrd行FCM检测。 结果 :异倍体癌较二倍体癌BrdUrd LI和G2/MPF均明显增高(P<0.01);Ⅲ期胃癌较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期者BrdUrd LI明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.0l),Ⅲ期胃癌较Ⅰ期者G2/MPF明显增高(P<0.05);生存期<3年者较生存3-5年和5年以上者BrdUrd LI明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.0l);生存期<3年较5年以上者G2/MPF明显增高(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期者异倍体明显增高(P<0.01);二倍体癌较异倍体癌5年生存率明显增高(P<0.05),各期胃癌之间比较5年生存率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 :胃癌细胞BrdUrd LI,G2/MPF及DNA含量与胃癌痛期及预后有一定的关系。

     

    Abstract: Objective :To evaluate BrdUrd/DNA doubleparametric method in detection to gastric carcinoma and to study the relations of cellular BrdUrd Ll,G2/MPF and DNA content to the stages and prognosis. Methods :60 cases of fresh tumor samples were examined by BdrUrd/DNA doubleparametric flowcytometry. Results :BrdUrd Ll and G2/MPF with aneuploid carcinomas were higher than those with diploid ones (P<0.01),BrdUrd Ll in stage III gastric carcinoma were higher than that in stages I and II carcinomas respectively(P2/MPF in survival less than 3 years were higher than that in more than 5 years,diploid carcinomas were significantly higher than aneuploid ones in stage III and VI carcinomas (P<0.0l ), 5 years survival rate with diploid carcinomas was higher than that with aneuploid ones (PConclusion:Correlations between cellular BrdUrd Ll G2/MPF,DNA content and stages, prognosis carcinoma.
