乳腺癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶MDR-1基因表达及临床分析

The Research on Relations between MDR-1 mRNA Expression and Clinical Pathological Features of Patients with Breast Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 :初步探讨原发性乳腺癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶MDR-1基因表达的情况,及其与临床病理因素的关系。 方法 :采用逆转录-多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测了30例原发性乳腺癌患者原发灶和淋巴结转移灶新鲜组织MDR-1基因表达水平。 结果 :原发灶MDR-1基因表达水平明显高于淋巴结转移灶,具有统计学意义。 结论 :原发灶基因表达高于转移灶,原发灶基因表达与年龄、TNM分期有关,而与肿块大小、淋巴结转移程度无关。

     

    Abstract: Objective :To probe the MDR-1 mRNA expression of primary tumor and metastatic lymph node of patients with breast cancer,and the relations between gene expression and clinical pathological features. Methods :The reverse Transcription-PCR technique was used to detect the MDR-1 mRNA expression of primary tumor and metastatic lymph nodes of 30 cases of patients with breast cancer,and the relations between gene expression and clinical pathological features were investigated. Results :The expression level of MDR -1 mRNA of primary tumor was significantly higher than that of metastatic lymph nodes. Conclusion :It was suggested that the positive rate of MDR-1 mRNA expression is higher in primary tumor than that of metastatic lymph node. MDR-1 mRNA expression in primary tumor is correlated with age and TNM staging, and it is not related to the size of tumor and extent of lymph node metastasis.
