Abstract: Objective :To exsplore how to resect the tumor thoroughly in breast conserving therapy,at the same time,keep the breast in an excellent appearance;and to explore the feasibility without postoperative radiotherapy for the patients with lower recurrence risk. MethodsResults :38 patients with malignant breast tumors were performed this operation,all the patients were followed-up,among them,10 pationts were followed-up for more than 5 years,1 case was recurred at 42th month postoperation;11 cases were followed-up for more than 40 months,17 patients were less than 40 months (>10 months),without local recurrence and distant matastasis. Conclusions :This operation not only resected the tumor thoroughly,but also acquired an excellent breast cosmetic results,at the same time,most of the patients needn't postoperative radiotherapy.The local recurrence rate was lower,so it was suited for the treatment of stageI and Ⅱ breast cancer.
