Abstract: With developm ent of the research, the com plicated function of centrosome and its importance have gradually been realized. The abnorm al centrosome can result in genetic instability and malignant transformation of the cells. The m aintenance of the normal centrosome functions and consistency of the centrosome duplication with the cell cycle depend on the perfect coordination of m ultiple centrosome-associated regulating factors. The studies on the regulating factors in breast cancer cells mainly focus on the centrosome-associated kinases, the related substances of ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, the related oncogenes/anti- oncogenes and their expressing products.
