Abstract:
Objective :To detect the sensibitity and specificity of hnRNPA2/B1 in deciduous cellsin sputum sensibitity and specificity, in order to evaluate the value for diagnosing lung cancer.
Methods :The expression of hnRNPA2/B1 was detected in deciduous cells in sputum from a group of clinical lung cancer-suspected patients by immunocytochemistry.
Results :The sensibitity and specificity of hnRNP A2/B1 expression in deciduous cells of sputum were 80.8% (21/26) and 78.9% (15/19). It exceeded significantly the common cytologic examination.
Conclusions :The sensibitity and specificity of hnRNP A2/B1 is high enough to be used in assisted diagnosis of lung cancer.
