微波灭活骨再血管化的实验研究

The Experimental Study on Revascularization of Microwave-induced Devitalized Bone

  • 摘要: 目的:通过动物实验观察微波灭活骨愈合及再血管化的过程及机制。方法:建立兔胫骨微波灭活模型,分别于3、6、12、24周行大体观及X线、四环素荧光双标记、电镜及SPECT骨扫描,观察灭活骨愈合、荧光双标记、放射性浓聚及板层骨的形成,自身对侧对照。结果:微波灭活骨6周愈合,24周板层骨初步形成,塑形完成;四环素荧光首先出现在哈佛氏管的周围,逐渐向间板侵润;放射性浓聚从两端开始变淡,向中间发展。结论:微波灭活骨能够愈合,其愈合及再血管化的速度均慢于新鲜自体骨;宿主骨两端毛细血管的直接长入是微波灭活骨再血管化的主要方式之一。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the bone healing and revascularization process and the mechanism of microwave-induced devitalized bone by animal experiment. Methods: The tibia segments of NewZealand rabbits were devitalized by microwave during operation and then re-implanted. The specimens were taken for examination of X-ray, electron microscope scan, fluorescence microscope and SPECT bone scan at 3, 6, 12 and 24 weeks points postoperatively. The union time, change of fluorescence, absorption of radioactive 99mTc-MDP and formation of lamellar bone were studied and self contra-lateral control was conducted. Results: Devitalized bone healed at 6 week point and shaped mostly at 24 week point. Tetracycline fluorescence firstly occurred in the surrounding of Haversian Canal and continued to expand. The dense of radioactivity began to reduce gradually from the bottom of bone segments to the middle during the knitting. Conclusion: The microwave-induced devitalized bone could union and the union time and revascularization was slower than the one of fresh autograft. Induce activities and blood supply originating from the bottom were one of the major ways to revascularize for microwave-induced devitalized bone.
