槲皮素抑制人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖的实验研究

Empirical Studies on Quercetin for Inhibition of Proliferation of human Uterine Cervix Cancer HeLa cells

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨中草药槲皮素抑制人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖作用。方法:运用MTT法检测槲皮素对HeLa细胞增殖的抑制作用,流式细胞仪技术分析槲皮素对HeLa细胞增殖周期的影响。结果:10~160μmol/L浓度槲皮素均能抑制HeLa细胞的生长,且呈明显的时间、剂量依赖性关系。细胞周期分析显示槲皮素组G1期细胞比例明显增多,呈量效关系。结论:槲皮素抑制HeLa细胞增殖,可能通过使HeLa细胞停滞在G1期而诱导其调亡。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate inhibition of quercetin (Que) on cell proliferation of the hu-man uterine cervix cancer HeLa cells. Methods: Colorimetric MTT-assay was used to measure the In-hibition ratio of Que on human HeLa cells. The proliferation cycle of HeLa cells was determined usingflow cytometry. Results: Que 10-160umol/L inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells with different ra-tios and showed the time-and dose-dependent relationships. The augment of G1 ratio in the prolifera-tion cycle of Hela cells presents a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Que can inhibit the prolifera-tion of Hela cells and might induce the apoptosis by restrained cell cycle at G1.
