  • 摘要: 目的:研究REIC基因在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测REIC基因在50例胃癌癌灶、癌旁组织中的表达。结果:26例(52%)胃癌组织中REIC基因mRNA的表达明显低于胃癌癌旁组织(P＜0.05),且REIC基因的低表达与胃癌组织浸润深度有关。结论:REIC基因的低表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起一定作用,可能是一种潜在的抑癌基因。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the role of REIC gene in the occurence and development of gas-tric cancer. Methods: RT-PCR was performed to detect the mRNA levels of REIC gene in freshly re-sected samples from 50 patients with gastric cancer. Results: The mRNA level of REIC gene in 26 of the 50 (52%, 26/50) samples from gastric cancer tissue is markedly less than that from paraneoplastic tissues (P<0.05). Furthermore, the decreased mRNA expression of REIC gene correlated positively with invasive depth of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The decreased mRNA expression of REIC gene may playan important role in the development of gastric cancer. And thus REIC gene might be a novel candidateof tumor-suppressor.
