Abstract: Objective: To analyze the immunophenotypic character of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) with bone marrow involvement. Methods: Bone marrow of NHL patients was detected by flow cytometry, expression of CD antigen was collected at the same time. Results: 1) Among 46 NHL pa-tients, 31 were found to suffer the bone marrow involvement. 2) Of the 31 cases, 23 were B-cell lym-phoma, 7 were T-cell lymphoma and 1 was NK-cell lymphoma. 3) The highest frequency antigenm arkers of the B-cell NHL were CD19 and CD20, and T-cell NHL was CD7. However, 6 cases with B-cell lymphoma expressed T cells marker and 1 with B-cell lymphoma expressed the T-cells and the myeloid lineage marker both. Conclusion: 1) The antigen markers of B-cell NHL with bone marrow in-volvement are CD19 and CD20, and T-cell NHL is CD7. 2) NHL patients often express T-and B-cellmaker both. 3 ) NHL can also expresses myeloid lineage marker.
