Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis and surgical experiences on management of the intraspinal neurinoma. Methods: Seventy-five cases of intraspinal neurinoma were retrospective-ly investigated from 1993 to 2004. All characteristics of the cases were recorded and analyzed carefully, including the clinical manifestation, the radiculopathy document, been spinal cord or neural function and the surgical management. Results: The MRI showed significance for the characteristics and posi-tion of the tumor. All the tumors of the 75 cases were cut completely and were certified by pathology, and the patients all got obviously recovery. Conclusions: The MRI is sensitive for the intraspinal neurinoma, but the final diagnosis is verified by pathology. The patient with intraspinal neurinoma willget a good clinical result, if early diagnosis and operation can be conducted.
