Abstract: Neoplastic meningitis (NM), a disease of leptomeningeal metastasis from malignant tumors, is difficult to diagnose and has a poor prognosis. It is of clinical interest to get comprehensive knowledge of this disease and to perform appropriate treatment on it. The characteristics of NM, including clinical manifestations, imaging features, treatment and prognosis, are introduced in this article.
