The Progress of Chemotherapy on Advanced Esophageal Squamous Cell Cancer

  • 摘要: 鳞状细胞癌是我国食管癌最常见的病理类型。化学治疗对晚期食管癌有一定作用,尚无规范方案。采用单药或联合化疗,治疗不能手术或已发生广泛转移的患者,国内外已进行多方面研究,本文就晚期食管鳞癌的治疗加以综述。

     

    Abstract: Esophageal cancer is a highly aggressive neoplasm. In our country, squamous cell carcinoma remains the most commom histologic presentation of esophageal cancer. The role of single or combination chemotherapy has been studied well in patients with unresectable or widely metastatic.
