Abstract:
0bjective: To study the operation method and clinical effect of transperitoneal laparo-scopic nephron- sparing surgery. Methods: Transperitoneal laparoscopic nephron- sparing surgery was performed in 9 patients, of which 6 suffered renal clear cell carcinoma and 3 adenocarcinoma confirmed pathologically. Results: Successful surgery had achieved in all cases, without complications. The operation time was 120 to 160 mins, with a mean of 130 mins. The length of stay after operation was 7 to 10 days. No recurrence, metastasis and implantation occurred in all cases, during a follow- up of 1 to 18 months following the operation. Conclusion: Transperitoneal laparoscopic nephron- sparing surgery has the advantages of minimal invasion, clear dissection, less bleeding and quick recovery.
