基因技术在癌症治疗方面的发展

Development of Gene Technology in Cancer Treatment

  • 摘要: 20世纪末,癌症成为导致人类死亡的主要疾病之一。迄今为止,尚未发现特别有效的治疗和预防方法。传统的癌症治疗主要以外科手术、放射线治疗及化学治疗为主,但存在不良反应,疗效不彰,无法根治等缺点。随着不少“癌基因”与“抑癌基因”的相继发现,肿瘤基因治疗前景乐观。本文将回顾20世纪以来,癌症治疗的发展,尤其是利用基因技术对抗癌症的研究工作。

     

    Abstract: At the end of the 20th century, cancer has become one of the major diseases leading to death. So far, no effective treatment and preventive method of cancer have been found. Traditional ther- apies, such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy still rank first in the treatment of cancer, but their shortcomings such as severe side effect, inconspicuous curative effect and difficulty for radical cure are evident. With successive discovery of the oncogenes and anti- oncogenes, the cancer gene therapy has a brighter prospect. In this study, development of the cancer treatment and especially researches on the utilization of anti- oncogene technology, since beginning of the 20th century, are reviewed retrospectively.
